The aqAdmin mail form is an all in one form to email script with anti-spoofing and anti-spam devices and a message archive mechanism.

The program can is available to run in 3 modes; aqAdmin Professional, aqAdmin Lite and Standalone. These have the following functionality:

• Standalone

  The standalone version offers the following:

  • Anti-spoofing functionality to prevent people posting emails via their own scripts or from other sites and thereby using your email form to SPAM
  • Anti-spam functionality to prevent hackers from inserting malicious information in the form fields that might allow them use the form for spamming or cross site scripting
  • Full form field validation to ensure you get the information in the format you want
  • Defined space for displaying you contact and statutory information such as address, map link, registered office, etc

• aqAdmin Lite

  The aqAdmin Lite version offers all of the above plus the following:

  • The ability to edit the various defined areas of text including page title, introductory paragraph, address and statutory details
  • The ability to manage your map link, a link to an uploadable document and change a definable image

• aqAdmin Professional

  The aqAdmin Professional version offers all of the above plus the following:

  • As well as sending you the message it also logs a copy to an archive in your site management database to protect you from not receiving the email or future loss of the email
  • An optional CAPTCHA code system to prevent automated posting
  • The ability to control / tune the antispam functionality to your reqirements via your admin site
